Buy with protection

For physical orders. Releases the payout to the maker. Or just leave it and it auto-releases after the default window.

Get onboarded
We set you up in the vendor portal. Connect Stripe for payouts. We walk you through your first listing.
List your stuff
Tag your products with what they help with. Add photos. Set prices. Hit publish. Listings go live after a quick quality check.
Get paid
10% commission. 90% to you. Payouts on the 1st and 15th of each month, held briefly per order for buyer protection.
Trust and safety, in plain English
We try to be straight about three things buyers always ask:
- How do we verify sellers are ND? We don't. ND-led is self-declared. Asking people for diagnosis paperwork is invasive, classist, and unreliable (lots of ND people don't have or can't access a formal diagnosis). We trust people. If a seller misrepresents themselves egregiously, we deal with it.
- How do we vet products? Every listing gets a quality review before going live. We check the description, photos, claims, and category fit. We don't medically validate anything (we're not qualified to). We will reject listings that make claims like "cures ADHD" or "replaces medication".
- What if a seller goes silent? Held payouts protect you. If a seller stops responding or doesn't ship, you get refunded and the seller's listings get paused.
The cost of running this
10% of every sale. That's our entire revenue model.
That covers payment processing (Stripe takes their cut out of our 10%, not yours), hosting, support staff time, marketing, the buyer protection guarantee, and yes, my mortgage. There's no premium tier for sellers, no listing fees, no boosted listings, no ads. That's the deal.
