Seller code of conduct
Seller Code of Conduct
A short list of things we ask every seller to commit to. It's mostly common sense, written down because writing things down stops awkward conversations later.
The non-negotiables
1. Be honest about ND-led
"ND-led" means a neurodivergent person owns or runs the business. We don't ask for proof, but we do ask you to be straight about it. If a non-ND person is fronting an ND-aimed brand and ticking the box for marketing reasons, that's not OK and we'll act on it if we find out.
2. No medical claims
Your products help. They don't cure. Don't claim your weighted blanket "treats ADHD". Don't claim your supplements "replace medication". Don't position courses as therapy unless you're a licensed therapist and the listing is clearly therapy. If you're unsure whether a claim is OK, ask us.
3. Ship what you sell
Honour your stated lead times. If you're going on holiday, set yourself to "paused" in the vendor portal. Repeated late shipments are the fastest way to lose your seller status.
4. Respond to messages within 48 hours
Working days, not weekends. We get it, we're all juggling. But ghosting buyers is the single biggest cause of disputes. If you're having a bad week, message us and we'll pause your listings for a few days.
5. No manipulation, no fake reviews
Don't ask friends to leave reviews. Don't review your own products from a second account. Don't bribe reviewers with discounts conditional on a 5-star. If you want reviews, deliver good stuff and ask politely after delivery.
6. Respect the buyer's right to refund
Buyer protection exists. If a dispute is raised and we side with the buyer, accept the outcome with grace. If you disagree, message us and we'll talk it through. Don't retaliate against buyers via reviews, messages, or any other channel.
7. No spam or off-platform redirects
Don't use the platform to harvest emails for your own list without consent. Don't tell buyers to "go pay me direct via Stripe and avoid the fee" (this is also fraud, and we will ban you). Selling outside the platform is fine. Bypassing the platform on a transaction the platform set up is not.
8. Be a decent human in messages
Buyers will sometimes be confused, rude, or wrong. So will sellers. We expect everyone to be civil even when frustrated. Slurs, harassment, or condescending "you obviously don't understand ADHD" energy will get you removed.
What happens when someone breaks these
Depends on what and how often.
- First minor breach: We message you, explain what's wrong, and ask you to fix it. No marks on your record.
- Repeated minor breaches: Listings pause for 7 days while we have a longer chat.
- Major breach (fraud, harassment, repeated medical claims, off-platform diversion): immediate suspension while we investigate. Account closure if confirmed.
- Account closure: held payouts are released (minus any open refund obligations), your listings come down, you can't reapply for 12 months.
Most of this never has to happen. The vast majority of sellers are great and we never have to enforce anything beyond "hey, can you fix the photos on listing X?" type nudges.
If you think we've been unfair
